The first thing to say about us is that we are always good for a conversation. Make contact and you are guaranteed a cuppa and either a slice of carrot cake or, if you prefer, a carrot.

Wingivers is a consultancy which enables an organisation's potential. We help people running businesses be what they say they are going to be, do what they say they are going to do, keep their promises to customers - through their organisation of people and their business.
We specialise in businesses that know their success comes through the alignment between their people and systems to deliver the experience they promise to customers - time after time.

We combine good thinking with a very practical approach – which is about action and delivery. We work in partnership with clients and are committed to their development. This means our contribution outlasts us.

Our clients are enterprises spread across the commercial and voluntary sectors. Their success is defined by the experience their customers, clients, beneficiaries have – where a large part of that experience is delivered by people – employees, contractors or volunteers. We are about improving the effectiveness of the organisation in service of your business’s purpose.

Examples of the kind of businesses we work include business services like G4S and Rentokil, hospitality businesses, retail where staff can make a difference to service and revenue like Halfords and voluntary organisations delivering advice, support or care.
