You don’t need more motivation. You need a plan that respects your calendar.
One that adapts when life hits, and still gets you across the finish line.

I didn’t set out to be a coach.

I was a sports lawyer, chasing an Ironman dream between boardrooms and international travel while starting a family. What started as a personal challenge became something more. A method. A movement. A coaching system now used by executives in over 15 countries.

As the Founder of Wingman Multisport, I guide high-performers, Execs, Founders, Leaders and busy parents. I help them complete Ironman and Half-Ironman without burning down their careers, families and social circles.

Every program is custom-built around your reality:
Your work schedule
Your travel calendar
Your family and social life
And most importantly, it adapts when life gets in the way

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a partnership.

We build from the life you actually live:
Short sessions during high-pressure weeks
Long efforts when life gives you space
Structure when everything else feels chaotic

The result?
Since 2015, we've coached 500+ athletes to personal bests, first finishes, and finish lines they once thought were impossible. Including a 100% Ironman finish rate.

We specialize in:
Triathlon coaching (Ironman and Half)
Road running, open water swimming, and cycling
Bespoke plans for time-starved professionals

But the real product isn’t a training plan.

It’s identity transformation. Reclaiming the edge that life, stress, and time slowly chipped away.

Because once you believe you can finish an Ironman, you stop doubting what else you’re capable of.
