Rosetta Parker

Children’s Advocate at WINGS Program, Inc.

Rosetta Parker has extensive experience in early childhood education and advocacy, currently serving as a Children's Advocate and House Advocate at WINGS Program, Inc. since March 2020. Previously, Rosetta held the role of Developmental Therapist at Beyond Play LLC from November 2019 to August 2022, and worked as a Case Specialist at Kaleidoscope from July 2016 to June 2020. Rosetta's earlier positions include Family Service Worker at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from March 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities included determining eligibility for Head Start programs, and ECE Teacher at St. Vincent DePaul Center from February 2007 to February 2010. Rosetta Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from Ashford University, and an Infant Specialist degree in Child Development from Erikson Institute.
