Dustin Deas

Dustin Deas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dustin is currently working as the Vice President of Growth Strategy at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. Prior to that, they worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for several years, holding positions such as Partner, Principal, and Consultant. At BCG, they led numerous teams and engagements, specializing in strategy development, operational improvement, and transformational agendas for clients in the consumer and retail space. Dustin also has experience in M&A integration, supply chain network redesign, and sales organization design. Before joining BCG, Dustin worked at Neuberger Berman as an Associate, where they managed due diligence efforts in the tech and industrial goods buyout space. Dustin began their career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and also worked as a Financial Analyst at AT&T.

Dustin Deas holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and General Management. Prior to their MBA, they earned a BBA degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business, focusing on Business Honors and Finance. Additionally, Dustin completed a summer study abroad program in Business Law and Law of the European Union at The University of Edinburgh. Dustin also holds certifications as a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute and in Series 7 & 66 from FINRA.
