Prior experience includes roles as Managing Counsel and Senior Counsel at Axiom, where Jason collaborated with Fortune 100 companies to enhance legal strategies and efficiencies, as well as Corporate Counsel at Digital Matrix Systems, providing legal advice on contracts and compliance. Additional experience encompasses serving as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at SeneGence International and Business Litigator at The Walker Law Firm, managing extensive litigation cases. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from California State University, Fullerton.
