Joanna Hicks

Joanna Hicks has extensive leadership experience in operations and fulfillment across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. since December 2025, Joanna previously held multiple senior roles at HelloFresh from August 2020 to December 2025, including Senior Vice President North America Fulfillment and Head of US Fulfillment. Joanna is also a member of Chief, a network focused on empowering women leaders. Prior roles include Vice President GM Operations at Rent The Runway, Regional Director of Facilities Operations at JCPenney, and Director of Operations at Amazon, where Joanna led large fulfillment centers and managed significant teams. Additionally, Joanna served as faculty at the University of Phoenix and held a Senior Manager position at Scholastic. Joanna holds a BS in HR, MIS, and Spanish from Kansas State University and an MBA in Business and HR from William Woods University.
