Natasha Miles is a skilled IT leader with over 20 years of experience in IT service delivery and multiple ITIL certifications. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Service Management at Wingstop, Natasha leads global support strategies to enhance IT service delivery and end-user experience. Previously, Natasha held various roles at NTT DATA Services, where they improved client retention and operational efficiency through strategic initiatives. Natasha's notable achievements include receiving the Best in KLAS award for Managed Service Provider – Service Desk in 2021/2022, as well as successfully launching a service desk line of business at Nordic Consulting Partners, generating significant contract value. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Cerritos College, Natasha remains committed to driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the IT field.
