Ryan Westerfield

Ryan Westerfield has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a New Restaurant Opener for Wingstop Restaurants Inc. since September 2021, contributing to the brand’s global expansion. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions, including Project Manager and Senior Technology Implementation Manager at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, where responsibilities included supervising the implementation of POS systems and training team members. Ryan’s career also includes roles such as General Manager and Operations Manager at First Watch Restaurants, Corporate Trainer at Boston Pizza, and extensive training and management roles at TGI Fridays and Pei Wei. Ryan's early experience in sales and operations was complemented by a background in the US Navy as a Flight Operations Supervisor. A graduate of Dallas Academy, Ryan combines strong leadership and operational skills with a deep understanding of the restaurant sector.
