Tom Kowalski

Tom Kowalski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and leadership roles. Tom is currently serving as the SVP Global Supply Chain at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Envirotein, where they played a crucial role in the startup's success and growth. Tom also held the position of Commercial Executive Leader and interim U.S. Head of Procurement (CPO) at Mars, and served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Food Ingredients Technology Company, LLC, a joint venture with Mars. Additionally, Tom has held leadership positions at Kellogg Company, Tyson Foods, Hillshire Brands, and PepsiCo. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, and integration management.
