Michael Johnson is an experienced System Analyst at WingSwept since May 2011, specializing in IT support tasks including virus removal, active directory management, Google apps assistance, backup restoration, network support, and data migration. Prior to this role, Michael served as a lead teacher for the 4-year-old class at Sonshine Learning Center from June 2006 to March 2011, overseeing daily activities and educational engagement for children. Additionally, as Summer Camp Director, Michael was responsible for designing the summer schedule, managing the budget, and communicating updates to parents. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Engineering with a focus on Information Systems from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2011.
