Randolph Dilday is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Executive for both Case Management & Tracking System and WingSwept since June 2023. Previously, Randolph worked as a Recruiter for Medical Solutions from January 2020 to March 2023, where expertise included managing customer inquiries and recruiting medical professionals nationwide. A strong sales background was established during tenures at Enterprise Holdings, where Randolph held multiple roles including Sales Consultant and Assistant Branch Manager, contributing significantly to profit growth. Earlier experiences include community development work with the Peace Corps, sales achievements at Bitterman Salt Co., and project management for the Future Worlds Center. Randolph holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Central European University and a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science from Portland State University.
