Lilly Reich has been working in the design and brand management field since 2006. Lilly began their career as a Grafik Praktikant at kraftwerk | Agentur für neue Kommunikation in 2005. Lilly then worked as a Grafik Designer at Creativbüro Schafferhans and DRAFTFCB i in 2006 and 2007 respectively. In 2010, they became a Junior Art Director at Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Art Director at ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 GmbH und jan, Rosarot.ch, and soda mit himbeer. In 2018, they became a Designer & Brand Manager at Wingtra and a Gründungsmitglied Verein Teehüsli Hohenstein at Teehüsli Hohenstein.
Lilly Reich began their educational journey in 2002, when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia from Die Graphische. Lilly continued their studies in 2004, when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Grafik Design from Werbe Akademie. In 2016, they attended Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts for a CAS in Art Direction & Brand Design. Finally, in 2018, they received a Zertifikat in Interaction Design from INTERACTIVE DOCK.
