Loïc Dubois has a strong background in robotics software development, with experience in both senior and developer roles. Loïc is currently working at Wingtra as a Senior Robotics Software Developer, where they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked for Wingtra as a Robotics Software Developer from October 2020 to September 2021.
Before joining Wingtra, Loïc worked at Intel Corporation from January 2018 to September 2020. Loïc held the position of Drone Flight Robotics Engineer in the guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) team. During their time at Intel, Loïc made significant contributions to energy optimization and photogrammetry quality improvement by enhancing trajectory generation algorithms. Loïc also collaborated on the development of a redundant autopilot architecture. Additionally, Loïc managed a team of interns and led the development of an innovative online tool.
Loïc's earlier experience includes an internship at senseFly in 2016, where they worked as an R&D Engineer.

From 2010 to 2017, they studied at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), where they obtained a Master's Degree in Microengineering, Robotics, and Autonomous Systems.
In 2016 and 2017, they pursued further studies at Shinshu University, where they earned another Master's Degree in Textile Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Robotics.
In addition to their formal education, Loïc Dubois also obtained certifications in web development (Become a Web Developer) and Test-Driven Development in C++ from LinkedIn in April 2020.
