Richard Koe

Richard Koe is the Managing Director at WINGX, a boutique agency specializing in aviation and data analysis, since December 2011. With extensive experience in the aviation industry, Koe previously served as Associate Director at Aviation Advocacy, where strategic planning and project management were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Vice President at PrivatAir, where Koe managed private jet P&L, and Director of Corporate Strategy at Latsis Group. Early career highlights include consulting for MTN on business plans for its GSM license in Nigeria and leading market entry initiatives for Teligent. Richard Koe holds a Master’s degree with distinction in Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a first-class Bachelor's degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
