Daniel Sands

Daniel Sands is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as the Co-Founder and General Counsel of Winible since January 2024, and as a Member of TechGC, a peer community for general counsels, since March 2024. Previously, Daniel held the position of Deputy General Counsel at AlphaStaff from August 2023 to January 2024 and co-founded Kyzer Labs Inc, serving as General Counsel from January 2019 to August 2023. Daniel's career includes roles such as Manager and General Counsel at Trava/FJ Vulis and Associates, Vice President and General Counsel at RDW Capital, and Partner at Stok Folk + Kon, where recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star was awarded in 2016 and 2017. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Daniel is also a member of the Florida Bar and serves as an Advisor for Harbor.ai since December 2017.
