Mark Donnelly is an experienced investment manager currently overseeing premium apartment and townhouse projects at WINIM since February 2023. Prior roles include Fund Manager for Private Clients at Lincoln Place Lifestyle Communities, where management of land lease communities was emphasized, and Director of Investment Advisory Services at Trimont Real Estate Advisors. With a background as Associate Director at both Colliers International and KPMG Australia, Mark has provided strategic real estate advice, focusing on residential and mixed-use developments.
