Gerard is currently a Partner at McKinsey & Co. and founder of their Green Growth practice, focused on building sustainability unicorns. He has spent 35 years on the cutting edge of transitioning to internet, mobile, and cloud computing, with two unicorn exits in the game space: he was Founder and President of Betfair USA (now FTSE-index member, Flutter Entertainment), and an early investor and advisor to Kabam, which was acquired by Netmarble in 2016. Previously Mr. Cunningham was a growth-oriented, omnichannel, consumer marketing executive with Gap Inc. and was CMO at Lands’ End. He also served as a global strategy consultant at Booz & Co. in Asia and the USA. Earlier in his career, he founded Procter & Gamble’s Marketing Analytics organization, introducing the first precise-sales data into the European operation, and built the analytical infrastructure to model every aspect of the consumer business.
