Rafael Sanches is currently working at Winity as an M&A Analyst, specializing in M&A and Business Development. Before that, Rafael gained experience at Northstone as an Investment Banking Analyst and Intern. Rafael obtained their high school education at Colégio Bandeirantes and Brighton Secondary School before pursuing a degree at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2018 to 2021.
