Sameer Kochhar

Sameer Kochhar is a technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Wink since November 2024, Sameer is responsible for developing a multi-modal biometrics authentication and integrated payment services product. Prior to this role, Sameer was a Director and Platform Lead at NatWest Markets Plc, where significant contributions included the creation of a Front Office Risk and PnL data store utilizing Cloud-Native technologies. Sameer has also held various positions in multiple companies since 2018, including being an Information Technology Specialist, and served as the Function Head for Futures Technology and Development Manager at RBS, focusing on solutions for trading and risk management. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager (Technology) at Fidelity Investments. Sameer holds a BE in Computer Science Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, completed in 1996.
