They have held several senior positions, including Director at SGL Carbon and Commercial Director at Vaillant Group, overseeing revenues in the three-digit million € range and leading international teams of over 100 employees. Currently, as Head of Products, Technology & Innovation at Reflex Winkelmann, Schmich is responsible for product management, research and development, and innovation.
