Lucy Tang is a seasoned QA Analyst at WinMagic since September 2014, specializing in the SecureDoc for Mac FileVault 2 enterprise product and mobile versions for iOS and Android. Responsibilities include leading design meetings, executing manual and automated test cases, managing an offshore team, and conducting performance tests. Lucy has also played a key role in addressing customer issues in collaboration with support teams and developers, delivering timely patches and documentation for product releases. Previous experience includes positions as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Ryerson University, with a strong academic background, holding a PhD in Economics from Queen's University and two degrees in International Economics and Finance from Ryerson University.
