Bill Biwer

Bill Biwer is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in managing and executing innovative campaigns across various media. Currently serving as Creative Manager at Winmark – the Resale Company since September 2024, Bill previously held the position of Creative Director at RAZR, where responsibilities included overseeing creative work for multiple brands. Bill's career began in web design at Voila Media Group and progressed through roles at M_Lab, including Associate Creative Director and Interactive Designer, where Bill developed award-winning campaigns and optimized digital content. Bill's foundational expertise in design was established with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Multimedia Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
