Eric Miller

Eric Miller has a strong background in operations management and retail. Eric began their career in 2005 as a Business Operations Associate at CHIPPEWA VALLEY SPORTING GOODS, INC, where they worked until 2011. Eric then joined Gander Mountain as a Supervisor from 2012 to 2014, and later served as an Assistant Store Manager until 2016. In 2017, they joined Gander Outdoors as a Retail Manager, a role they held until 2019. Since then, Eric has been with Winmark Corporation, starting as an Operations Manager from 2019 to 2021. Eric then became a Senior Operations Manager from 2021 to 2022, and is currently serving as the Director of Operations.

Eric Miller attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, with a focus on General Biology.
