Lydia Sable has a robust background in retail operations, with over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Area Operations Manager and previously as Field Operations Manager at Winmark – the Resale Company since August 2019, Lydia has demonstrated exceptional management skills. Prior to Winmark, Lydia held the position of General Manager at Soma from November 2017 to August 2019 and was a Profit Center Manager at The Connor Group for a brief period in 2017. Lydia's extensive experience includes roles as Acting Area Manager and Store Manager at Lane Bryant, Store Manager at J. Jill, and Store Manager at Coldwater Creek.
