Winners Circle Collective is a nonprofit built with purpose: to empower athletes, youth, and entrepreneurs through sports, education, mentorship, and leadership.

Sports are the gateway — they bring families, athletes, and communities to the table. But the true impact is in what follows: teaching financial literacy, creating pathways for business growth, providing mentorship, and building long-term economic mobility.

Why We Exist

Athletes face short careers, limited financial education, and the “78% broke after sport” cycle.

Youth in Kansas City face barriers in economic mobility, mental health, and access to networks.

Entrepreneurs from underserved communities often struggle for funding and visibility — nationally, they are more likely to be denied loans and less likely to receive the full amount of capital they apply for.

Winners Circle is changing that. We bring athletes, youth, and entrepreneurs together to build confidence, leadership, and real economic opportunity. By focusing on Kansas City, we are creating an ecosystem where underserved communities thrive and where influence is used to create generational wealth and lasting impact.
