Chander Pal

Chander Pal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various engineering and leadership roles. As the Founder of Winni since February 2013, Chander Pal has established a self-sustaining business and built a team of over 350 members. Previous roles include Product Specialist at Mentor Graphics, where Chander Pal increased the product footprint by more than 600%, and consulting positions at Qualcomm and Nokia, focusing on migrating advanced technologies and arm core hardening, respectively. Chander Pal also contributed as a Senior ASIC Design Engineer at Open Silicon Research, successfully managing multiple chip designs, and started the career at CEERI, working on advanced packaging technologies. Chander Pal holds degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and the University of Rajasthan.
