Gian Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gian co-founded and served as the CEO of Winnin, a software company dedicated to empowering creativity. Prior to that, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company as the Creative Excellence Director, where they led the creative thinking for all brands in Brazil and played a significant role in developing the global vision for content. During their tenure, they also co-founded the social business endeavor Coletivo Coca-Cola and led numerous marketing initiatives that garnered over 60 creative awards worldwide. Before joining Coca-Cola, Gian worked as a Creative Strategist at JWT and NBS.
Gian Martinez attended the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Communications. In 2011, they briefly attended the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
