Luís Faceira

Luís Faceira is an experienced technology leader currently serving as a Board Member and Head of Engineering and Product at Winning since January 2023, focusing on technological vision and software development initiatives. Previously, Luís was an Equity Partner and Head of Consulting at Winning Scientific Technology from July 2019 to December 2022, following the integration of be.ubi into the company's consulting group. As Managing Director of be.ubi from June 2008 to June 2019, Luís emphasized teamwork and collaboration to drive partner success. Luís also held the position of CEO at Software With Emotion between October 2011 and December 2015, where innovative pricing technology was developed. Early career experience includes consultancy roles at everis, with a focus on business process analysis and development activities. Luís holds a Master’s in Computer Information Technology from Universidade de Aveiro and a degree in Computers and Telematics Engineering from the same institution, as well as completing a Silicon Valley Immersion program at the University of San Francisco School of Management.
