Matilda Rydén

Head of Partnerships at Winningtemp

Matilda Rydén has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Matilda began with an internship at Volvo Trucks, where they focused on mapping the usage of digital diagnostic tools. In 2013, they joined the Volvo Group for their Master's thesis project, which explored knowledge sharing in cross-functional and virtual teams. Matilda found that trust-building activities and a shared perspective are crucial for overcoming knowledge sharing barriers.

Following their thesis, Matilda worked at Lime Technologies as a Sales Trainee, where they received comprehensive sales training and focused on selling and implementing CRM systems. Matilda later became a Customer Success Manager at Lime Technologies, managing over 500 customers and deepening customer relations through guidance and additional sales efforts.

In 2017, Matilda joined Winningtemp as the first Customer Success Manager. Matilda established customer processes and worked closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Winningtemp's services. Matilda believes in the positive impact of Winningtemp on employee experience.

Matilda's earliest work experience was as a Shop Assistant at Carl Anderssons Herr- o. Dammodehus AB from 2008 to 2013.

From 2009 to 2013, Matilda Rydén attended Lund University, where they obtained a Civilekonomexamen degree in Företagsekonomi (Business Administration). In 2011, they also briefly studied at ESCP Business School, specializing in Marknadsföring och organisation (Marketing and Organization).
