Benjamin O'Flaherty

Benjamin O'Flaherty has over twelve years of work experience. In 2006, they began their career with an internship at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, where they worked within the warranty and service department. In 2008, they became a Graduate Trainee at Groupama Insurances. From 2010 to 2016, they were an Analyst Programmer at Ageas Insurance Limited, where they were part of a team of five, implementing web based applications for internal and external end users. Benjamin then worked as a Services Engineer at Capita Employee Benefits from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are a Software Developer at Winnow, a position they have held since 2022.

Benjamin O'Flaherty attended the University of Portsmouth from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BSc in Business Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended William De Ferrers from 1997 to 2002, where they earned their GCSE and A-Levels.
