Constance Lambert

Constance Lambert has had a long and varied career in the hospitality industry. Constance began in 2010 as an Intern at Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, France. Constance then moved to Radisson Blu in 2011, where they worked as a Waitress. In 2012, they began a Management Training role in Food & Beverage at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila. Constance then returned to AccorHotels in 2013, where they worked as a Guest Experience and Operation at Sofitel. In 2014, they were promoted to Loyalty Executive at AccorHotels. Finally, in 2017, they joined Winnow, where they have held three roles: Business Development Manager & Global Resorts Lead, Business Development Manager Southern Europe, and Business Development Manager APAC.

Constance Lambert obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School between 2011 and 2013. Constance also completed a management's degree at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez between 2008 and 2009. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance and General from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL between 2007 and 2010.
