The company was founded in 2007 by Israel Aviav & Shmuel Aizental. In 2018, 50% of Winpac was acquired by Sano-Bruno Enterprises and Professor Isaac Swary (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Allied Group), in order to expand Winpac's global business operations.

Winpac has strategic exclusive agreements with factories in China, Turkey, Europe, and other countries. Our headquarters is situated in Petach Tikva, Israel, and they have satellite purchasing and R&D offices in Shanghai, China & Istanbul, Turkey.
