Ash Andrews

Ash Andrews is an Innovation Leader and Intellectual Property SME at Winpak, where they work on Lean improvement and innovation-focused projects. Previously, Ash served as a Lean Facilitator and Training Manager at STRATA Business Solutions, and as a Group Leader at Loewen, where they focused on enhancing team effectiveness and safety. They are an Innovation Engineering Black Belt, having contributed to numerous projects that drive organizational growth through innovative practices. Ash has pursued ongoing education, including courses at IDEO U and the University of Manitoba, to deepen their expertise in innovation and leadership.
