Don Alip

Don Alip is an experienced product manager currently serving as the Product Manager for Healthcare at Winpak since June 2025. Prior to this role, Don held several key positions at Ingredion Incorporated, including Director of Product Line Management for both the US/CA and Global SBT, from October 2022 to May 2025. Don's career also includes a tenure as Director of Product Excellence for Healthcare at Amcor Flexibles North America, where Don was involved with the Sterilization Packaging Manufacturers Council as the Marketing Committee Chairman. Throughout a diverse career in various companies such as Amcor Flexibles Europe, US Foods, and Alcan Packaging, Don has developed expertise in product management, marketing, and pricing strategies. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
