Mariya Conlon

Mariya Conlon currently serves as the Sustainability Lead at Winpak since August 2025, following a significant tenure at Cleveland-Cliffs from May 2017 to July 2025, where Mariya held positions including Senior Environmental Engineer and Environmental Project Engineer. Prior experience includes roles at ArcelorMittal USA, where Mariya started as an Associate Environmental Engineer and completed internships focused on environmental projects. Mariya holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, expected to be completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
