Randy Lang studied Power Engineering at Red River College from 2008 to 2010, earning a 3rd Class Power Engineering License. They began their career as a shift engineer at the Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation before gaining further experience in various roles, including positions at Viterra, Parmalat, and as a shift engineer at the Riverview Health Centre and Manitoba Museum. From 2013 to 2016, Randy led the maintenance department at Public Capital, earning the Maintenance Person of the Year award from the Professional Property Management Association. Since 2016, they have held the position of Chief Power Engineer at Winpak.
