Milton Sousa

Milton Sousa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Diretor de RH at WINPROVIT since September 2014, following roles as Coordenador de RH and Técnico de Recursos Humanos within the same company. Prior to WINPROVIT, Milton worked as Técnico de Recursos Humanos at Randstad for several months in early 2014. Additionally, Milton has a strong academic background, holding a Licenciatura em Psicologia from the University of Évora and two postgraduate degrees in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from FEP U. Porto. Furthermore, Milton contributed to academia as a Docente de Psicologia do Desporto at Universidade de Évora from September 2006 to September 2014.
