Billy Rohrlich is an attorney and shareholder at Winstead PC, where they currently serve as the Chair of the Corporate, Securities/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. They lead complex transactions for both public and private companies across various industries and have extensive experience in merger transactions, asset purchases, and securities offerings. Previously, Billy practiced as an associate at Holland & Knight LLP and earned a J.D. from South Texas College of Law, along with an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
