Dawn Durfee

Dawn Durfee has over 19 years of experience in marketing and business development, currently serving as the Director of Client Development at Winstead PC since December 2006. In this role, Dawn aligns with firm leadership on strategic industry goals, facilitates collaboration, evaluates new opportunities, manages and mentors teammates, and influences hiring decisions for the marketing and business development team. Previously, as a Group Marketing Manager, Dawn collaborated with attorneys on business development strategies, produced targeted marketing materials, and managed budgets for initiatives. Dawn began her career as a Marketing Representative at Fraley & Fraley, LLP, organizing educational seminars and preparing marketing collateral. Dawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
