Jonathan Hall

Jonathan Hall currently serves as the Chief Risk Management Officer at Winstead PC, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Senior Director of New Business Intake & Conflicts at Vinson & Elkins from February 2022 to July 2024, leading efforts to identify and resolve legal and business conflicts while ensuring compliance with firm policies. Jonathan was previously Of Counsel and head of the Conflicts Department at Winstead PC from September 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities included client intake and conflicts resolution, as well as overseeing the transition to a centralized conflicts department. Earlier in the career, Jonathan worked as a Conflicts Analyst at Haynes and Boone, LLP, analyzing potential conflicts of interest across various practice groups, and served as a Law Clerk at Owens & Millsaps. Jonathan holds a JD/MBA degree from The University of Alabama and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
