Mark Grobmyer

Mark Grobmyer is a seasoned legal professional with a focus on real estate development, currently serving as a Shareholder at Winstead PC since June 2014. With expertise in structuring and administering residential and mixed-use communities, Grobmyer represents developers in managing property owner associations. Previous roles include law clerk positions at the University of Arkansas Office of the General Counsel, the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands, and the Republic of Palau Attorney General's Office, as well as a summer clerk at the Arkansas Court of Appeals. Early career experience includes legislative work as a Legislative Assistant at Van Ness Feldman and as a Legislative Correspondent for U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln, where Grobmyer engaged in various public policy issues related to energy, environment, and transportation. An alumnus of the University of Arkansas School of Law, Grobmyer holds a Juris Doctor degree and possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Washington and Lee University.
