Norene Napper

Norene Napper has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Of Counsel at Winstead PC since December 2011 and previously held the title of Associate. Prior roles include Graduate Assistant and Mediator at the University of Tennessee College of Law, as well as a Judicial Extern at the Tennessee Supreme Court. Norene gained practical experience as a Law Intern with the University of Tennessee Men's Athletics Department, a Special Assistant District Attorney at the Knox County Attorney General's Office, a Summer Law Intern with the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, and a Law Student Volunteer at the United States Attorney's Office. Educational qualifications include a JD in Law with a focus on Advocacy and Dispute Resolution from the University of Tennessee, complemented by a Master of Arts in Humanities and a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Studies and Art and Performance from The University of Texas at Dallas.
