Scott Baum

Scott Baum has over two decades of experience in technical support and administration within various organizations. Currently serving as a User Support Specialist at Winstead PC since September 2017, Scott has previously held positions such as CUCM Administrator at Brink’s, where responsibilities included managing Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Unity for North America. Prior roles include Helpdesk Technician at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, where Scott supported various software and communication platforms, and Computer Specialist at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Scott began a career in technology training at New Horizons CLC and provided first-level support at Stream International. Scott holds a BA in RTVF from the University of North Texas, earned between 1988 and 1993.
