Wayne Cook has had a diverse and successful career. Wayne began their career as President of Tech Electronics in 1988, where they served until 1996. In 1996, they founded Emerald Communications and also became Vice President of Winsted Corporation. Wayne held these positions concurrently until 1998, at which point they focused solely on their role as Vice President of Winsted Corporation. In 2018, Cook transitioned to become the President of Emerald Communications, Inc.
Wayne Cook obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of South Alabama. Wayne attended this university from 1966 to 1972.
