Robert Larkin

Robert Larkin is currently a Litigation Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Term Law Clerk for Hon. Amos Mazzant III at the U.S. District Courts from August 2022 to September 2023, and as Clinic Chief at the SMU Criminal Clinic while also acting as a Research Assistant to Professor Eric Ruben and participating as an Associate Member of the State Bar of Texas. Larkin's legal experience also encompasses a Summer Associate Law Clerk position at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP and several judicial internships and externships with the U.S. District Courts, where significant contributions included drafting court orders and researching substantive legal issues. An alum of SMU Dedman School of Law with a JD, and holding a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, Larkin has a well-rounded background that includes editorial work for The Daily Texan as a Senior Sports Staff Writer.
