Simon Luk

Simon Luk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving multinational and Chinese corporations. Currently serving as a Partner and Chair of the Asia Practice at Winston & Strawn LLP since 2008, Simon has previously held notable positions as Partner and Chairman of the Asian Practice and Head of Corporate at Heller Ehrman from 1993 to 2008, where Simon was instrumental in reopening the Hong Kong office and establishing the Beijing office. Earlier in the career, Simon served as a Resident Partner at Pettit & Martin from 1987 to 1993. Simon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Columbia College, Columbia University.
