Viktor Edstam

Viktor Edstam has a diverse work experience in the field of UX and service design. Viktor currently works as a UX Lead at Wint, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AFRY as a UX & Service Designer, Scania as a UX Designer, CEVT as a Service Designer, and an International Mobility Company as a UX Advisor, all in the period from September 2021 to January 2023. Viktor also had a short-term role at AFRY as a Service Designer for Region Västra Götaland from April 2022 to June 2022. Before joining AFRY, Viktor worked at NEVS as a UX Designer & Scrum Master from August 2019 to September 2021, where they were responsible for designing the service and digital interfaces of NEVS' mobility solution. Viktor also provided support to the Product Owner and Product Manager in prioritizing and planning features.

Prior to NEVS, Viktor worked as a User Centered Designer for their own business from September 2016 to December 2019. Viktor also completed a Master's Thesis at Challenge Lab at Chalmers University of Technology from January 2019 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Viktor worked as a Digital Product Designer at Posifon AB, where they designed the app and web interface for their GPS-tracking software. Viktor was also involved in a school project at Chalmers University of Technology called Reality Studio, where they worked with urban planners and architects in Kenya to create educational material for kids.

Before venturing into the design field, Viktor worked as a high school teacher in Math and Physics at Studentvikarie Sverige AB. Viktor also worked as a Product Designer at LIVI Technology, where they contributed to the development of an aftermarket product for their infotainment structure. During their studies, they also had a role as a UX/UI Designer at CTC Enertech Group through a school project.

Viktor Edstam has a diverse education history. Viktor began their education in 2007 at Volvogymnasiet, where they studied science and electrical engineering until 2010. Following this, in 2011 and 2012, Viktor attended \u00c5redalens Folkh\u00f6gskola, where they focused on a combination of event management, teamwork skill development, and philosophy of life. Continuing their education, Viktor enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology from 2013 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Design Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Viktor has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. In May 2021, they completed the "Service Design: How to Design Integrated Service Experiences" course from The Interaction Design Foundation. In the same month, they also obtained the "Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Prior to that, in January 2021, Viktor earned the "UX Management: Strategy and Tactics" certification from the Interaction Design Foundation. Their most recent certification is "Mastering Service Design" from the SERVICE DESIGN COLLEGE, which they obtained in August 2022.
