Mickey Starik is an accomplished R&D Group Manager with extensive experience spanning over a decade in leading software development teams and projects. Currently at Duda since March 2021, Mickey has effectively managed full development cycles, ensuring high customer satisfaction through innovative solution architecture and robust deployment processes. Prior roles include R&D Group Manager at Sapiens, where leadership in development processes further honed technical and interpersonal skills. Earlier experiences include roles at Peer39 as a Software Engineer, where Mickey designed online semantic advertising algorithms, and a brief entrepreneurial venture focusing on decision support systems.
