Todd Carroll

Todd Carroll, CPA, currently serves as Chairman of the Board at WinTech Inc., an employee-owned company in the construction industry, since March 2023. Todd is also the Founder and Managing Member of Opus V, LLC, providing bookkeeping and CFO consulting services since January 2018. As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of P360 Holdings since July 2018, Todd oversees operations for affiliated companies and ensures strategic planning and financial reporting. Previous experience includes managing CFO-level consulting at The Whitlock Company, serving as CFO and Director at Marlin Network Inc., where Todd contributed to significant company growth and successful sales negotiations, and holding roles as Brand Controller and Account Executive at Noble. Todd holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Drury University.
