David Reay

David Reay is currently the Corporate Engineering Manager at Winters Instruments since 2007, where David also serves as an auditor for the company's Asian factories. Prior to this, David worked as a Combustion Engineer at Canefco, involved in the design and commissioning of equipment used in the heat treatment processing of aluminum engine blocks and wheels for the automotive industry. Before Canefco, David was an Instrument Engineer at Noble Drilling, where David worked on testing and installation of various equipment. David also has experience as a Process Engineer at Semefab Ltd. and Philips Semiconductors, where David dealt with processes involved in the manufacture of custom CMOS, BICMOS, and bipolar devices.
